July 8 - 11, 2024, the 26th China (Guangzhou) International Building Decoration Expo, held in China Import and Export Fair Guangzhou Pazhou Complex, and a complete success.

This Canton Fair was successfully concluded, PURETE mainly displayed spraying equipment, Pur laminating line, nitrogen excimer.

A short-cycle press line is a specialized industrial system used for laminating decorative surfaces—such as melamine-impregnated paper—onto wood-based panels like particle board (PB), medium-density fiberboard (MDF), and high-density fiberboard (HDF). The process involves applying high pressure and temperature for a short duration—typically 10 to 30 seconds—to permanently bond the decorative layer to the substrate.

Spray painting machines, particularly those integrated with automation, robotics, and IoT (Internet of Things), are not just enhancing the appearance of furniture but also driving the shift toward smart, data-driven production processes.

The SCP3 short-cycle press is built with fully integrated automation, minimizing the need for manual handling and reducing human error. Its intelligent control system allows for recipe management, quality monitoring, and real-time adjustments based on material type or production volume.
