There are several factors to be considered in the Laminating Line:Glue, panel material, decoration material, factory environment.

1.Laminated process:

mainly apply PUR glue on the surface of the board, and composite decorative materials (by roll or by sheet). 4*8 feet and 4*9 feet boards are the most.

2.Substrate types: 

melamine board,  MDF, aluminum-plastic board, PVC board, gypsum board, calcium silicate board, glass magnesium board, honeycomb board, metal board, etc.

3.Types of decoration materials:

Roll material: PET, PETG, GAG, CPL, PVC, PP, paper, leather, aluminum foil, etc.

Sheet material: acrylic, fireproof board, metal plate, etc.

4.Glue type: PUR glue

Middle-infrared band pre-heating lamp 12*1.5 KW= 18 KW, instant heating, sensor switch for IR lamps, energy saving.

1.The frame is made of 18mm thick steel plate, all of which are made of casting structure, which is stable and convenient for quick disassembly.

2.Lifting system use stepping motor & turbine box & dovetail groove ，repeated lifting precision reaches 0.02mm. 

3.All motors are Siemens， and add PC gear box（1:150） for garuantee the motor running in low speed(1m/mim) would not be out of step and not be hot .

4.Complete rubber roller replacement in 2 hours, separated bearing housing design just loose the screw, save time and more safe for worker.

Air pressure mode:

1. Lifting structure: the structure of motor plus turbine box and dovetail groove.

2. Pressing method: using air cylinder pressing.

Hydraulic pressure mode:

1. Lifting structure: the structure of stepping motor plus turbine box and dovetail groove, repeated lifting precision reaches 0.02mm. 

2. Pressing method: hydraulic pressing method is adopted, the pressure and temperature are stable without interference, and the maximum pressure can reach 4 tons/set.

NO.7 Double Roller Laminating Machine

1.All press rollers and support rollers are controller by motor,all of which use Siemens motor;the press rollers are lifted by stepping moter.

2.The air shaft adopts magnetic powder brake to control the tension, adjust the handwheel left and right to adjust the material placement position, and facilitate the adjustment of the composite position with the plate.

3.Pressing method: hydraulic pressing method is adopted, the pressure and temperature are stable without interference, and the maximum pressure can reach 4 tons/set.

Optional catalog for laminating machines

1. Corona device: enhance the surface adhesion of the film; (film material dyne value<36 needs to be considered).

2. Device with protective film: PVC, PP and other materials without a protective film layer can be used. For example: GAG, PET have a protective film, no need to add.

3. Doctor blade system and 2.5m wrapping machine: customers with cladding needs (corner wrapping).

4. With double roll film device: add a device for film discharge material to be used to improve the film change speed.

5. Frame hoisting device: it can be moved back and forth within a certain range to meet multiple positions for operation.

6. Loose film roller with heating lampshade device: the role of softening the film; (Avoid wrinkling and cracking of the film material in a cold environment).
